Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed.

Please allow three to seven (3-7) business days for orders to be shipped.

Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times,

so please account for non-business days when placing your order. 

Return & Exchange Policy

To be qualified for an exchange or return item(s) should be in brand new condition.
Please be advised, that all returned items will go through our internal quality control checkup.

If the product has been opened/used, the refund will not be issued/exchange will not be processed.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.

You must request a return authorization before sending your item back.

Only send returns using the pre-paid return label emailed to you so we have the ability to track the return.

We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the original purchase.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
